[Pacemaker] drbd83 and pacemaker/openais service stop

Hi Andrew,

sorry for the delay:

drbd83-8.3.2-6.el5_3
openais-0.80.6-8.el5_4.1
pacemaker-1.0.5-4.1

drbd and openais are from the offical distro-repo, pacemaker and everything else which is needed, is from the sles-repro (like explained in "Cluster from Scratch" )
