[Pacemaker] SAN howto

[hard following a conversation in three places, but anyway...]
Because the documents are written for Heartbeat 2.x, I think it would
be confusing to add them to the clusterlabs wiki in their present
form.
But if you wanted to rework the configuration pieces for the Pacemaker
1.0 syntax, I'd be happy to see them added.
I know some would prefer it used iSCSI instead of AoE, but I'm not
really concerned.
Perhaps you could include a note about the AoE route-ability issues
and let people make up their own minds.
