Thanx for the tip. It seems to be working as far as starting Heartbeat:

/etc/init.d/heartbeat start

## works according to /tail -f /var/log/messages as far as I can tell.



When I start OpenAIS I get:

S1:/etc # /etc/init.d/ais start
-bash: /etc/init.d/ais: No such file or directory


Can it be that AIS is not installed properly?
