At the absolute minimum you need to attach a hb_report archive
covering the issue.

There are seriously not enough hours in the day for me to reproduce
every issue people report.
Its really not an effective use of my time.

We developed things like hb_report so that we can capture enough
information the first time it happens - that way no-one has to
reproduce it.
