[Pacemaker] opensuse pacemaker UNSTABLE packages rebuild

hi,

is it possible to rebuild the UNSTABLE packages available at the
opensuse build service? (e.g. [1]

some bugfixes to the heratbeat RAs have not been incorporated yet
(e.g. cs 2f815d538ea1 [2])
