[Pacemaker] ptest -D not showing master_slave promotion

hi,

i made a very simple cib.xml file (attached) with a master_slave
resource. when i try to create a dot file to see the transactions,
i do not see any promoting in the dot output.

> ptest -D cib.dot -X cib.xml

am i missing something?
