[Pacemaker] notifications on failed resources?

Hi All,
does anyone know if i can configure an email/sms (whatever) notification
in case of a failing/failed resource? I configured a monitor operation
and that does it's job very well (in my case: restarting a failed
resource), but i didnt find a "notifaction option" in it.
